Design can make a difference, and design thinking is increasingly being applied to solve many of the world's most pressing problems. Our federal government impacts our lives daily, yet many citizens don't know or understand the important work these agencies perform. I created an integrated branding program for the Federal Emergency Management Agency. My objective was to create an innovative, imaginative, visionary agency brand that represented the organization's aspirations, defined its responsibilities, and presented the benefits the organization provides its citizens.
